Client: Marketshare
Marketshare specializes in designing and fabricating signage as well interior design and space planning of sales offices and model homes for residential real estate builders.
Assignment:
The client was looking for quality photographs to be taken of sales offices, model homes and outdoor signage. The photographs were needed for self-marketing use.
Challenges:
With any new build, areas of a development become complete in stages. Therefore construction and/or remnants of construction work such as temporary fencing and posts, trucks and workers, were still present during photo shoots. These unsightly, temporary items needed to be avoided as much as possible in each shot. With the client being understanding and patient, we were able to achieve the best possible final shots right away with the least amount of disturbance.
Final Product:
The photographs are being used on the client’s website and in traditional marketing materials as well as social media marketing. The photographs successfully showcase the residential real estate builders signage, sales offices and model homes in San Jose, CA.
