About the Photographer

Hi! I’m Leslie Parrott - yes, like the bird! A photo editor once described me as "a skilled visual storyteller with an authentic style focusing on the use of color and natural light". My style is vibrant and idealistic, yet always true to the subject—capturing them in their best light.

For over 15 years, I’ve photographed people, places, and products—collaborating with clients to translate their vision into high-quality, consistent imagery. I love working with people, but I’m equally inspired by beautifully designed spaces and thoughtful details.

I earned my BFA in Photography from the San Francisco Art Institute and also studied at RISD, Carnegie Mellon, and Semester at Sea. Before going full-time with photography, I worked in sales, marketing, and content management—experience that gives me a unique edge when it comes to understanding brand vision and delivering strategic, visually compelling content.

My expertise spans creative direction, production, styling, and post. I’ve worked with major brands like Marriott, Booking.com, P.F. Chang’s, Google, Apple, Four Seasons, and Olay, as well as commercial real estate firms, custom product and industrial design firms, tech companies and marketing agencies. My work has been featured in Coastal Living, Lonely Planet, Sports Illustrated, Photo District News, Travel Channel and more.
